Capacity Expansion | Media Spotlight on TKG's New Production Momentum

Recently, Haiyan TV visited TKGonce again for an in-depth report on the commissioning of the company's Phase II plant, capacity expansion, and the growth of export orders. Song Jiawei, Sales Supervisor of TKGSales Department I, was interviewed for this feature.

During the interview, Song Jiawei explained that with the partial commissioning of the Phase II plant, the company's export orders have continued to grow, with the current order backlog having increased significantly compared to the same period last year. The order mix continues to optimize, with a strategic focus on new energy cables—energy storage cables serving as the core product category with a prominent share—while several new clients have already finalized partnerships and are proceeding with product sampling in an orderly manner. The newly commissioned Phase II production lines are primarily taking on orders that have overflowed from the fully saturated Phase I operations, thereby closing the capacity gap. These new lines are equipped with digital production equipment, focusing on the manufacture of new energy cables such as energy storage and photovoltaic cables, achieving breakthroughs in both process technology and product quality within the energy storage cable segment.

As the project progresses steadily, Phase II is on track to reach full production capacity as scheduled. Once capacity is fully unleashed, order delivery lead times will be significantly shortened—ensuring not only the efficient fulfillment of standardized orders, but also providing robust production support for customized orders such as energy storage cables.
